Ryan joined Baumit at the end of 2021 as an agency worker within the warehouse team. His dedication, strong work ethic and willingness to learn were quickly recognised, leading to an offer of a permanent position shortly afterwards.
During his time in the warehouse, Ryan continued to develop his skills, successfully completing his forklift training and becoming a valued member of the team.
In 2023, as Baumit continued to grow, an opportunity arose for Ryan to take the next step in his career and join the Product and Technical Team as a Technical Specification Executive.
Building on his experience and knowledge of Baumit's products, Ryan embraced the new challenge and has since completed specialist U-value calculation training to further develop his technical expertise.

“I enjoy being a marketing apprentice at Baumit UK because I get to be creative, learn new skills and take part in a variety of projects. From creating social media content to attending trade days, I can put what I learn into practice and see the impact of my work. Working with a supportive team has helped me build my confidence and discover what I enjoy most about marketing.”
Honey joined Baumit UK in July 2026 as a Marketing Apprentice, bringing enthusiasm, creativity and a fresh perspective to the Marketing Team.
Since joining the company, Honey has embraced a wide range of opportunities to develop her skills and gain valuable hands-on experience. From creating engaging social media content and supporting marketing campaigns to attending trade days and industry events, she has quickly become a valued member of the team.
Honey has already made a positive impact on Baumit's digital presence, helping to introduce fresh ideas and engaging content across social media platforms, including TikTok.
With the support of her colleagues, Honey continues to build her confidence, develop her marketing knowledge and gain practical experience alongside her apprenticeship studies.
