Ryan started at Baumit as warehouse agency staff at the end of 2021. His drive and tenacity was quickly noticed and he was offered full time position shortly after. He then successfully completed his forklift training and he continued in this role until 2023.
Due to the growth of the business an opportunity arose for Ryan to progress into a new role within the Product and Technical Team. His skills and knowledge meant he moved into the position of Technical Specification Executive. He has since completed a U Value course and has continued to progress within the company and is excited for his future with Baumit.

Grace started at Baumit in September 2022 as a Sales Administrator, in which she continued in this role for a year. Throughout this time, she realized that she wanted to start a new career path and an opportunity was offered to her to start a new role as a Procurement Assistant & HR Trainee.
Baumit saw the potential that Grace had to offer and was able to promote her into this new role with all the support that she needed. She has since started her qualification in HR which will provide her with the knowledge and skills required to progress within her career and support the needs of the business.
