Baumit supplied the highly breathable external wall insulation system for a coastal new build development in Anglesey that combines a high end finish with thermally efficient specification.
The development built by Williams Homes consists of a number of high end, thermally efficient detached dwellings. Due to the location of the development on the coast in Angelesy the building required good resistance to rain and coastal conditions, therefore Baumit SilikonTop 1.5mm was specified as a top coat with StarTherm Nature EWI boards being specified to give good breathability to the timber frame construction.
