More green space despite densification. Seven living cubes float above the garden deck at different heights for optimising the lighting and views for the existing building. Green spaces and slender residental towers respond intelligently to the conditions. Their facades are coated in various shades of grey and yellow. Balustrades provide the required sound insulation and even improve the lighting of the existing building. Seven high points float on eight pairs of support each, additionally supported of semi-glazed communal spaces which are positioned in a variety of ways and are only accessible from the garden deck. The high points protrude towards the street and, barely noticeably, towards the existing building.
