Villa KEA
Villa KEA in the Arde Land settlement in Niš, was designed for family housing in accordance with the user's requirements. The building was built according to the principles of passive houses, where special attention was paid to the implementation of systems that use renewable energy sources for the needs of the house. The facility is equipped with a "smart house" system, heat pump, solar panels, and is a combination of modern and economical.
