The geometry of the building follows a loop that develops out of the plot and forms a meandering outer skin from the ground floor to the upper floor and up to the roof. The building is divided into a ground floor and an upper floor, with the cantilevered upper floor also forming a spacious carport in the extension of the driveway onto the property. At the same time, wide projecting canopies provide optimum sun protection to the south-west. There is a roof terrace in the area above the carport, where curtained wooden slats create maximum privacy. The detached house was built using solid brick construction with an external wall thickness of around 50 cm. The roofs are designed as base roofs. The outer appearance of the bulding corps is emphasised through the whit plaster facade. The areas between the glazing are offset inwards and colour-matched to the window surface. This reinforces the impression of generous façade openings.
