Efficient thermal insulation with contemporary architecture
A high-end residential area has been developed on the former factory site. The exclusive detached family house is characterised by its outstanding architecture. An excellent brushed finish with CreativTop was applied to the ETICS façade. The Bauhaus style imbues the building with its unique character and harmonises perfectly with the special façade design. The client’s goal, and also the biggest challenge, was to create a perfectly hand-crafted surface. The specialist craftsmen who carried out the work used their own tools made especially for this building project to create smooth, straight brushwork.
