Celebrating the best Baumit UK facades and we are looking for your projects!
The Baumit UK Façade of the Year competition was created to recognise and celebrate the most innovative, creative, and outstanding workmanship using Baumit products and systems. This year we are inviting those involved in projects completed over the last year and a half that feature Baumit products to take part in the competition by entering projects in any of the outlined categories.
*This category will reward the project that has gone the extra mile to deliver something just that little bit special. Whether it’s the use of colour or an eye-catching texture, the winning project will be memorable for its creativity.
All projects entered will be shared across the Baumit UK social channels for online voting by our followers. We will be asking our followers to ‘like’ and vote for their favourite projects, sharing a new category every other day over 12 days. Entrants are also encouraged to promote their projects on their own social media channels and encourage their followers to vote for them.
The projects with the most votes will be crowned the winner of their category and receive a prize, trophy, and chance to attend the Life Challenge 2022 award event in Valencia. We will also be awarding two additional projects per category as highly commended. All three projects from each category will be entered into the European finals – the Baumit Life Challenge 2022.
Every two years Baumit International awards the most creative and inspirational facades across Europe at the Life Challenge. Winning projects from the UK Façade Challenge will be entered into the 2022 Baumit Life Challenge where your project will be grouped with other projects from across the whole of Europe for a chance to win best façade in Europe.
You will need to complete the entry form for each project you wish to enter in the competition.
There is no limit to how many categories or projects you upload, however they need to mee the entry requirements. All you need to do is provide the key details of the project(s) using the below entry form, as well as uploading some good quality images of your work – this is important.
