The aim of the shaping of the apartment building and its placement on the plot was to bring a suitable transition from the development of linear apartment buildings towards the zone of housing predominantly in single-family houses. On the longitudinal plot, the architects chose the concept of two sections with the creation of an atrium with greenery and recreation areas.
