SeniorResort Štěpánka
The resort is designed according to current trends in quality housing with an emphasis on the long-term sustainability of the buildings and the entire complex. The construction method and the materials used are low energy and low maintenance. The facades of the buildings are a combination of wooden panels and classic ETICS plaster systems in a colour combination of white and dark. The whole resort is tastefully set in the natural scenery of the city.
