The location of the object in question is in Kozarac, municipality Prijedor. From the point of view of the contamination in which it is located, the surrounding area is built with individual residential buildings, and the same will not produce negative impacts on context. The purpose of the building is residential. Dimensions of the subject objects ground floor are 8.77x23.77m. The first floor of the building measures 8.77x15m. In terms of the ground floor, there is an entrance area with storage and the garage further leading to the living room, kitchen, and dining room, which open to the landscape of the valley. Access to the first floor is from the rooms on the ground floor and there are bedrooms and a bathroom that have access to the terrace with a view of the landscape. The mezzanine construction consists of a reinforced concrete slab 15 cm thick. The building is planned as a classic brick building, it is structure stiffened by vertical and horizontal AB cerclages. The foundations are designed as AB foundation strips. The roof of the building is impassable and flat with external water drainage edges and gutter verticals.
