Schloßchemnitz residential park – elegance meets nature
Three apartment blocks with a total of 15 luxuriously furnished residential units have been built in the Schloßchemnitz district of Chemnitz. The design of the façade - both natural and contemporary - gives the three penthouses an attractive timber look, which was achieved by processing with Multi 5. The modern joint profiles imbue the entire property with a contemporary touch. The incorporation of the joint profiles divides up the façade and gives it a structured appearance. To create the timber look, special silicone stencils were produced, which were pressed into the finishing coat while it was still damp in a kind of stamping technique. After the required standing time, the façade was completely painted with StarColor white and then glazed in the colour wenge and blended.
