Motobécane
The Motobecane thermal renovation project had as its common thread the reconnection with the history of the place. This site previously housed the construction/design factories for Motobécane mopeds, erased by the construction of the housing group of the same name. We tried to reconnect with history by using the chromatic range of Motobecane bodies from which we extracted a color chart allowing us to compose the facades of the heart of the block. We were thus able to make each residential plot unique by improving location within the block, reinforcing the feeling of belonging, and paying homage to the memorable past of the place.
