The two-storey Centrál Shopping Centre in Prešov was designed by architect František Souček in the 1960s in the spirit of functionalist architecture with an atrium inside the ground plan. The reconstruction consisted of insulation of the facade and a flat roof, while respecting the principles of the original architecture.
