The multifunctional health centre offers a comprehensive range of medical services, hotels, serviced flats and commercial space. The „Nova-City“ as an overall complex represents a separate district consisting of a heterogeneous mix of research, technology, competence and event centres. On the one hand, services are offered that a hospital cannot provide, while on the other, the on-site cancer research and treatment centre "MedAustron" has been expanded to include accommodation for patients, relatives, seminar and congress participants or medical experts. The façade is kept in white. Several bands running around the window frames on each storey structure the building and give the façade a horizontal rhythm.
