During the thermal renovation, and the extension of the house Baumit materials of the highest quality were used. With the Baumit open facade system, the highest level of vapor permeability was achieved, along with improved thermal insulation properties. Baumit CreativTop as well as FineTop special facade plasters for creative and especially smooth structures on the facade were used on the facade details, in combination with natural stone and marble.
