Nordic cool? No way!
The bungalow in Simmern is very different to the usual array of reference properties and façade views. To go with the elaborate reed thatching, which drains the roof without guttering, a hard-wearing finishing plaster was chosen alongside the insulation. The careful execution of all connections such as window reveals and roof connections was particularly important here. The eco façade was reinforced with multiContact MC 55. In the base area, MultiSockelBase 520 was used as a reinforcing plaster and also as a plaster sealant.
