ALBENIZ
This restoration project is not a normal project, it is a unique project for Madrid, either a luxury hotel with a theatre inside or a theatre within a hotel. The challenges have been complex, as protected architectural elements (such as the protected facades) are added to the BIP (Bien de Interés Patrimonial) protection of the theatre, an almost thousand-seat theatre surrounded by a luxury hotel, each with its own peculiarities, needs, and regulations.
